PARTNERSHIP
YOUR GUIDE IN ENTERPRISE SYSTEM TRANSFORMATION
As your partner, I engage deeply with your enterprise's challenges, crafting tailored strategies and solutions that align with your unique corporate narrative and technological aspirations.

How we’ll bring your Story to life.

I like to work in four phases. If we’re pretty clear on goals and solutions, It’s possible you only need one stage of work, but large projects often span all three stages. It’s important to note that this work is not linear. We will bounce around and work in a continuous loop. View my testimonials to learn more about how we'll work together.
1. UNDERSTAND:
Phase one is the phase in which we focus on discovering and recognizing areas of improvement within your brand and empathize with your audience. Areas to improve can be wide-spread across the entire business or part of a singular experience for your customers or employees. For example, your Employee or Customer Onboarding. All you need to do is share your challenges with me, or I’m happy to conduct an audit. We’ll then talk through these challenges and then together recognize where we should start to improve.
2. DEFINE:
Phase two is focussed on defining what I call “the north-star” for all of us to work towards as we move into executing the solution that solves your challenge. This is the phase where we take all we’ve understood in step one to help define the problems, difficulties to inform where we’ll explore solutions around. This should give us a better idea of what we are going to build and how we will measure its success. We should all align on these two things. This is also when we’ll talk about scope, phases, and general timelines since we’ll have more of an idea on how big or small this solution is.
TEAM HAND-OFF
DO YOU ONLY NEED HELP WITH A STRATEGIC VISION?
Whether it's because of time constraints or just the need for fresh ideas, some of my clients who may have an implementation team on-site have chosen to only hire me up to this point. If that's you, I'll package my findings and strategy so that you and your team can take this information and bring the vision to life.
3. EXPLORE:
Here is where we spend our time ideating, prototyping, and building the solution we defined in step 2 — many jump straight to this phase. Don’t be surprised if I ask us to jump back to stage 2 (or ask you how you arrived here) at times to ensure we’re building the most valuable solution for the problem we’re solving. It’s also worth noting that in this phase, we can bounce around a bit, adjust scopes based on our plan. This flexibility ensures that we’re not letting the business get too far ahead of what we need to execute.
4. MATERIALIZE:
The final phase is the testing and launch phase. Here is where we finalize, test, and activate what we’ve executed and begin to measure and make adjustments— remember, the design is never done.

I have stories, lessons, and opinions of my own too. Read my blog.
